Leow Yangfa (he, him) is a registered social worker and executive director of Oogachaga, Singapore’s most established, community-based, professional non-profit organisation working with LGBTQ+ individuals, couples and families. Yangfa has 20 years of professional & volunteer experience with various social-service organisations in Singapore, including in public service, a suicide prevention agency, and his current role in Oogachaga. He edited the anthology I Will Survive: Personal LGBT stories in Singapore, first published in 2011 and currently in its third edition. He is queer & veggie, and a guncle (gay uncle) to 5 nieces and 2 dogs, Gigi & Harley.

Robert Wickham is the Vice President of Strategy & Growth, Tableau Asia Pacific & Japan. Prior to joining Tableau, Robert held various positions at Salesforce with his most recent appointment being Chief of Staff, Asia Pacific. Prior to this role, Robert led Salesforce’s Specialized teams for Platform & Emerging Technologies across Asia Pacific – this includes Lightning Platform, Heroku, Einstein Analytics, Quip & CPQ. Robert also directed Salesforce’s regional program for start-ups . He is a highly sought after public speaker and media contributor. Prior to joining Salesforce, Robert led the Engineered Systems business at Oracle across Australia & New Zealand. He joined Oracle through acquisition in 2008 and initially ran Oracle’s System Management business in North America. Prior to his tenure at Oracle, Robert held multiple marketing, product management and sales leadership positions at a Boston-based technology startup called Empirix (which Oracle acquired in 2008). Prior to Empirix, Robert was a cofounder of Go Fly Limited (a low cost European airline that was eventually sold to easyJet) and a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.

Before Salesforce, Jess was Head of Digital at iSentia and was lead product evangelist at BuzzNumbers in Australia. As a leader, Jess believes in fostering an inclusive culture and lives the Salesforce values of giving back to the community. Every year, Jess leads a team of employees to volunteer and raise funds in Nepal - building houses and toilets for the underprivileged. Outside of work and volunteering, Jess is a big fitness enthusiast and loves a good physical challenge like CrossFit and long-distance running.
